Bali and Jakarta tilled So MICE Destinations World Class

Besides Jakarta, Bali is a city that continues to be worked by the Ministry of Tourism to become a destination MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) in order to be able to attract world-class target of 20 million foreign tourists.

Minister of Tourism, Arief Yahya in a series of visits in Bali mentioned that MICE activities in Bali has been developed. However, in terms of facilities Bali Convention has yet to have a large hall which can accommodate 50-100 thousand people.

According to the research results of the ICCA (International Congress & Convention Association), Bali and Jakarta worth is said to be existing internationally competitive destination for MICE because of several factors, namely:
(1) It has an international airport and direct fligt dozens of cities in the world
(2) It has hundreds of tourist attractions, entertainment venues, restaurants national and international standards, as well as shopping centers
(3) It has hundreds of five-star hotel with international standards
(4) It has meeting facilities that can accommodate more than 10 thousand people
(5) Have a good experience as the host of various international meetings and events
(6) Infrastructure pretty good
(7) It has various MICE industry players.

Bali has long been known to the world as the best destinations in the world because it has the advantage of three things, namely culture, nature, and services.

Development of tourism products that rely on the power of culture has a share of around 60%, the nature of 35%, while manmade developed as a MICE tourism and events, sports tourism, and tourism integrated area portion of 5%.

In the development of MICE in Bali is still concentrated in southern Bali while MICE tourism in northern unspoiled Bali at all. Therefore, Arief Yahya more will glance at the development of tourism in Bali and or north west.

Furthermore, according to Ariel, the western and northern part of Bali has a huge tourism potential especially national parks. Call it the Bali Barat National Park which has become a tourist attraction in the marine as Menjangan Island and Pemuteran.
