MBA Tours & Travel Privacy Policy
At MBA Bali Tours, we recognize that earning and retaining your trust is one of the most important things we do as a business. Protecting your privacy is a responsibility we take very seriously.
We collect two types of information from you on our websites, via email, and through our service providers and distribution partners. Personal Information is information that identifies you personally, such as your name and email address. We also collect Other Information that does not identify you personally, such as gender, country of residence and other demographic information.
In order to purchase our products or services, it is necessary for you to disclose Personal Information, including your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card details and other personally identifying information. If you do not provide Personal Information when purchasing one of our products or services, we cannot confirm your purchase or fulfill your booking.
We may send to you marketing emails with information about Viator deals, destination and product news, sweepstakes, programs, and other special promotions that we believe that you will find valuable, interesting or informative. We will provide you with choices regarding our use of your Personal Information for marketing purposes.
Please note that, even if you opt-out of receiving future marketing communications from Viator, we will continue to send to you emails regarding your purchases and bookings, and regarding administrative information such as changes to our terms, conditions and policies. Paying for your Booking at MBA Tours & Travel
We offer a variety of payment methods to pay for your Booking.
Before arrival
To make your booking final, we require a deposit of 25% so we can start planning your Holiday adventure. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer or Paypal / Credit Card. For this last option you will receive an invoice via Paypal. A 4% administration surcharge is added to cover the Paypal charges. You will receive the details for the payment options when you book. The remaining amount can be paid on Arrival.
Please note: some banks charge very high international transaction fees. All charges are for the sender, so please check with your bank before making a bank transfer. On many occasions it will be more cost-efficient to pay via Paypal / Credit Card.
Paying on Arrival
When paying at MBA Tours & Travel you can pay in cash or by credit card. In some cases debit cards also work. Payment in cash is possible in rupiahs IDR and USD. The Indonesian banks, and therefore we also, only accept USD notes that are from the 2006 H-series or newer. Notes cannot be damaged or been written on.
Our credit card machine accepts Visa and Mastercard and some of the debit cards with Visa and Maestro vignets. A 3% bank charge is added to your payment if you pay by credit or debit card.
Payment by Credit Card should be process via our pay pall and surcharge 4%, account:GAQ2BN57LRS4L via email madegun_bali(at)hotmail(dot)com. As soon as we get confirmation from pay pall your payment will settle.

Bookings are only guaranteed once MBA Tours & Travel has received a deposit of 25%.
What if ?
I need to cancel ?
We will always do our utmost to accommodate any changes. However as we do incur costs if you.
Don’t cancel on time; we will need to charge you a cancellation fee:
1. In case of cancellations of individual day trips
Follows:
- Cancellations until 48 hours before the start of a trip, will be charged 25% of the agreed Price
- Cancellations until 24 hours before the start of a trip, will be charged 50% of the agreed Price
- Cancellations after 14.00 pm on the day before the trip, will be charged 100% of the agreed Price
- Manuals that have already been picked up can only be returned if they have not been used
and are in a good condition at the discretion of MBA Tours &Travel.
2. In case of cancellations of Packages, a cancellation fee will be charged as

- Cancellations until 14 days before the start of a trip, will be charged 25% of the agreed price
- Cancellations until 7 days before the start of a trip, will be charged 50% of the agreed price
- Cancellations until 48 hours before the start of The trip, will be charged 100% of the agreed Price
3. In the event of cancellation of Packages include Hotel Reservation of Guest Rooms the following policies will be applied:
- Within 21 days before arrival, 50 % of total estimated expenses will be charged
- Within 14 days before arrival or No show, 100 % of total estimated expenses will be charged
